Jack Olliges Wins Inaugural Baja Nevada in a Geiser-Built Trophy Truck

By Geiser Bros

1,035 miles. One brutal day. One flawless machine. The 2025 Legacy Racing Baja Nevada 1000—known as “The Long Way”—delivered on its name as the longest consecutive off-road race in the United States. And when the dust settled, it was Jack Olliges who came out on top, claiming the overall win and Unlimited Class victory in a Geiser Bros-built Trophy Truck.

Starting and finishing in Pahrump, Nevada, the course tore across the high desert through Tonopah and Hawthorne, featuring everything from rocky climbs and deep silt beds to dry lakebeds and open flats. It’s the kind of punishing terrain that demands the very best in race-day performance—and the kind of challenge Geiser trucks are built to conquer.

Olliges was ready for it.

Backed by a dialed-in crew and behind the wheel of a machine engineered for durability and precision, he delivered a near-perfect run.

“@legacyracingassociation Baja Nevada! We are stoked to make history and win the longest consecutive off-road race in the US, 1,035 miles,” Olliges shared on Instagram. “We couldn’t do this without our awesome team along with the @geiserbros_ team. We had almost a flawless day and couldn’t be happier with how things turned out.”

With no pre-running allowed and limited visibility through the dust, strategy and preparation played a major role. And the performance of his truck—a product of decades of design and race-proven fabrication—was a difference-maker from start to finish.

This victory adds to the legacy of Geiser Bros Design & Development, whose builds continue to deliver at the highest levels of desert racing.

Congratulations to Jack Olliges and his entire team on an incredible win and a place in off-road racing history.
